Livestock Runner offers SMS messaging to registered users for account verification, two-factor authentication, and optional farm management notifications. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Livestock Runner at the phone number you provide.

You opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your phone number and checking the consent checkbox on our SMS Settings page within your account profile. The consent checkbox includes the following language:
You must actively check this checkbox before a verification code is sent to your phone. The "Send Code" button is disabled until consent is given. We record the date, time, and IP address of your consent for compliance purposes.
Additionally, each SMS notification category (payment alerts, task reminders, waitlist activity) is independently toggled off by default. You must explicitly enable each type to receive those messages.
You may receive the following types of SMS messages:

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us
- Disabling individual notification types in your Profile > SMS Settings
- Contacting us at support@livestockrunner.com
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Opting out of notifications does not affect verification codes required for two-factor authentication login.

Livestock Runner does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
SMS messaging is available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number and SMS consent information are stored securely and are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely for the purpose of sending the messages described above. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
